China owns us.  I guess they don’t want us keeping secrets from them.  I recall they broke into Los Alamos some years ago and stole the design for one of our top warheads, the www or something like that.  They excel at stealing.  Why do we trade with them again?  Makes no sense to me.  We end up losing jobs, money, and technology.
