Tulsa, OK March 30-31, 2012 - Big Bee Buzz

Everyone is welcome to the attend the 2012 Big Bee Buzz in Tulsa, OK.  We will be meeting at the Eastside Christian Church, located just east of 15th Street and Harvard Avenue.

The cost this year is just $30, which includes all lectures, dinner on Friday, donuts on Saturday morning, lunch on Saturday, and all the coffee and soft drinks you want. We are not doing the Potluck this year, and will instead cater the food. As the event has grown, the Potluck is getting a little hard to manage.

Pre-payment and registration is not required -- you can pay at the door if you choose -- but we really appreciate it if people pay in advance for planning purposes.

We will have vendors present, including Ozark Bee Supply, Ultra Breeze Bee Suits and West Hive Beetle Traps. Ozark Bee Supply will be offering for sale copies of Diana Sammataro's latest book, and she will be there and I'm sure would sign copies.

First, I wanted to give a reminder that you can register in advance by going to Neoba.org and paying through paypal. You can pay at the door, and we do not want anybody to stay away because they did not register in advance.  However, it helps us to plan if you will pre-register.

Second, the starting time for speakers on Saturday has been moved from 9:15 to 9:30 to help accomodate some folks who will be driving longer distances to attend.
