I just thought I'd pass on that at Apple's App Store there is a Ventrilo Voice Chat App. I'm using it pretty much exclusively now because the audio quality of the mic is superb and very handy to walk around with.
The App sells for $4.99 and offers "Voice only" chat, but it works very well and comes in handy by not tying up the computer or TV screen.
The app name is VENTRILODE if you are interested - I'll give it 3.5 to 4 stars for it lacks texting and you cannot operate Admin features using it.
