Studdering video

when I watch videos on utube all movies play ok untill I put them on full screen when put on full screen they kind of like studder and play kind of slow please help thanks

Wait until it starts to play.  Pause it.  It will load while you are waiting.  Wait until the bar is at least 3/4 of the way across before you watch it.
