With the temps in the mid-50s here in Michigan on Saturday, I decided to open up my hives and take a peek.  My strongest hive a month ago is now almost empty of bees.  Looking through the hive, I noticed these white granules in a number of the frames.  Is this crystalized honey perhaps?
