Hello from Nebraska!

First I would like to thank all the people who posted here. This is an incredible resource for someone looking to get started.
I have so many questions and many have been answered by reading through these forums.
This spring my plans are to start with two hives and see how things go. This is something I have wanted to do since I was a kid and got my first taste of raw honey, and watching the bees up close.

Thanks for the warm welcome!
Michael,
I moved to Nebraska about 8 years ago and when I saw your post I remembered passing through Greenwood, NE on my way to Gretna six or seven years ago. Now for the life of me I can’t remember why I was going to Gretna.
I have checked out nebraskabeekeepers.org as well as your site. You have a ton of great info on it. I know how much time it takes to create and maintain a website. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
I am looking forward to receiving and hiving bees for the first time this spring.
