I don't have a cut out plan or list, but I think if you cut the 9 9/16 or heigth you want deep body down the long side you should have enough for 1 box plus 1 side. The cut the rest from the short side, should get 1 long side and 1 short side of box per cut. You should get 9 cuts or 4 1/2 boxes plus the 1 1/4 cut down long side for 5 3/4 boxes total,if I figured right.
OK this is not a good drawing but maybe it will help.

I will have to measure one of my factory deep boxes, not sure if it is 9 9/16" or 9 3/4" hi. Any way i was going to cut up a 4x8 sheet of 3/4" plywood this way.
Rip 4 strips 9 3/4 wide leaving a 7-8" strip. I will cut the small strip in to 2@ 19 7/8" and 2@ 15 1/2" . This will make a med box.
The other 4 strips cut this way. @ strips cut 4@ 19 7/8" and 1 @ 15 1/5" each
Cut 1 strip in to 2 @ 19 7/8" and 3 @ 15 1/5"
Cut the 4th strip in to 6 @ 15 1/5"
Those 4 strips will make 5 deep boxes.
I will rabbet both edges on the 19 7/8" and 15 1/5" cut of plywood 3/8" x 3/8".
I would do all the ripping first, then cut every thing to length, then rabbet the ends. You will need to Rabbet the top edge of the 15 1/5" board 3/8" wide by 5/8" deep for the frames to sit in.
glue and nail or staple together. Prime and 2 coats of paint.
By cutting this way all the grain runs long ways on the box. This is just one way to do it.

I make the ends 14 3/4, and then just run my sides past and screw them together. Also the actual depth of a deep is 9 5/8.
