Is Nicandra physalodes toxic to honeybees?

I have a lot of seeds of Nicandra physalodes (aka Shoofly Plant or Apple of Peru) that I thought I would toss out for spring but wanted to see if it's considered toxic to honeybees. It's in the nightshade family but then again so are tomatoes so I wasn't sure. Moreover, is the pollen or nectar(honey) toxic to humans if collected from the hive.

Toxic to a bee, I don't know.  Toxic to a human?  Yes indeed it is deadly in sufficient quantise, especially if children try eating the seed pods or chew on the stalks and stems
