Hello! I'm an aspiring Central Ohio beekeeper. I took intro to beekeeping classes last year through our local beekeeping association, but was unable to put what I learned into practice due to space issues. My husband and I have since moved to a lovely home, with a small, but serviceable yard I'd like to have at least two hives on. Obviously, I'm not interested in doing this to make a profit, or produce a ton of honey, but I would like to do what I can to contribute to the health of our local ecosystem.

I'm currently interested in installing Kenyan Top Bar hives as I think these might be easier for someone of my stature (5'1" and very petite) to work with.
