Thanks Johnny, I've got some goals in sight but as with all things it takes time and I'm still learning too so I don't want to rush it. I have to say though jumping in at the deep end is a good way to learn... at the moment I'm just stockpiling it in drums - seperating it based on floral source.

Oz, you really are going ahead in leaps and bounds. What do you do with all the honey? How have you found markets?
