I was given an excel file from Fred Boucher that is a template that you insert your grafting date and it fills in the rest of the dates of when you need to do the other things for queen rearing which is nice for beginners because it lays it all out for you, im sure it would be nice for oldtimers to keep your data in order.  You can download it from the attachment below, QRI Project Plan.
