Hello,

Interesting site.  Started the first time in 1978.  Again two years ago.  Looking to build a extractor without machining or spending $300 plus.

Two hives. 1 carnolian, 1 Italian
Tried splitting This year.  Re-queening wasn't a sucess.  Sad

See how they make it through the winter.

Welcome to the forum, and $300 for an extractor won't be a problem at all.
