I've been reading posts on this site for several weeks now, and finally took the 5 seconds to register.

I'm a moderatly experienced bee keeper in northern california..... I had 3 large hives, but a black bear cleaned me out.

I caught two swarms this summer.... We'll see where it goes from there

Welcome from San Francisco! Do live near that barn along I-5 that has the "State of Jefferson" written on the roof?

Welcome to the site!

I'm glad that I don't have to worry about black bears!
