Sorry if I wasted anybody's time. I did end up finding some good quality images. I have never looked for eggs in my hives before but I can now understand why they are so difficult to see.

It helped a lot when I realised that I was spelling egg wrong when typing it in the search box embarassed

I think you need to join “DAM” (Mothers Against Dyslexia).   grin

Download this and zoom in.  PM me if it doesn't work and I will send you the photo.  Look behind the queen, she has just laid an eeg.
