Welcome!
I'm in my second year also and My hives haven't had any honey in them all year.
The cabbage palm just ended and most don't even have one half of a frame in honey. My strongest hive has abut 3 frames of honey.
I can't wait for the pepper next month.

Welcome to the forum and with not getting much honey, there are so many possibilities. Are all the hives second year?
