Hi my wife Kate and I started this year with one hive from Dadant.  Soon expanded to another hive at a friends house in Wathena, Ks. and now we just set up a third hive in Wathena at the same address. 

Didn't take long got the first two hive's in April and  by the middle of May we had to put the second brood box on because of the rapid expansion of new bee's and lots of honey.   Looking forward to an enjoyable new hobby now that I am disabled.  Any one around St. Joseph, Mo. please contact us; doesn't seem to be alot of beekeepers in this part of the world.
