I am a new Beek from as far south as you can go in MS, I live in Pascagoula, I have 2 hives...
I'm glad I found this site, lots of info for a newbee.

Welcome.  I spent a week in Pascagoula after hurricane Katrina.  Met some real nice folks there.  You will learn alot here.

I worked in Pascagoula on the Naval base for about 3 weeks of my life.
They were extending the dock I was working on the cranes and tug boat engines and anything else they could break.

Glad to have another fellow Mississippian.  Get a chance go and join the MS Beekeepers Association (goggle it).  I think it cost five or ten dollars a year.   They send out a newsletter every other month.
