farmers market begins

Today was the first farmers market. It was not very busy as there was no advertising since we were to open on july the 2nd, however we got too many tomatoes for me to eat so a couple of us just went anyway, and I sold one hundred and forty lbs of tomatoes and quite a lot of squash. Happy days are here again. we go again one tuesday. with an ad in the paper we might do a lot better, but tuesday is never as busy as saturday so it might no be so busy. I hope that our summer prosparity is here again

I'd imagine it'll go well. Everyone loves a farmer's market, and being the first advertised for the summer, it should go well. People antisipate these things, and get really excited when the first one opens.
