tomatoe harvest begins
«

I picked 145 lbs of ripe tomatoes today. The first farmers market is tomorrow(Sat) If Any one comes. we didn't get the ad in the paper in time so we just have to hope someone sees us. We put the shadecloth up last weekend so some of the people may have realized we were opening. I hope so if not I will have to go around and sell them to stores and resteraunts. i will let you know how it comes out. I wish I had enough honey to sell, perhaps soon

Cool.
Only thing we've havested so far is cucumbers (about 40-60 lbs.). Plus we've eaten blackberries while out in the yard.
I'm dying to see how our cantelope come out.
Hope you have a fantastic sale at the farmer's market.
Beth
