My name is Roy  "cowboygourmet" and I have had bees off and on for 40 years plus.  started out in high school and just can't seem to stay away for very long.  just love the little critters.  Glad to be here and maybe I"ll learn something.

cooking on the smoker,  got pinto beans a cookin and collard greens on the stove with some hog jowl, garlic, onion and some hot peppers.  Ice tea brewing
