click share on youtube. click "show options" to the right of the youtu.be link, check the box long link

copy and and paste into the post ...

I download to my computer or if can, email it to myself then download to my machine. youtube usually will tell what you need if it fails. here's a few tutorials to weed through, http://youtu.be/SzSwnbxb9TY
