Ive only had that problem once. The chicks were shipped and somehow got lost during transit. I called the hatchery and they resent the entire order again. The original order showed up over a week late and what a mess it was. Half were dead and the other half didnt look so good. So I mixed up some sugar and water-yep for chicks, not bees this time, and managed to pull the rest of them through. They were a sad looking lot. Understandably so.
