Where is the news media on the 4th of July when so many people are firing off illegal explosives?  Evidently it is OK to set of high explosives on the 4th, but if some Bubba mixes up some chemicals in a soda bottle any other time of the year they’re deemed a terrorist.  Yeah, that makes a lot of sense....

Like Allen, I want to hear the rest of the story before passing any judgment.

if this "IED" wasn't big enough to damage the dam i'd say the "terrorist" was probably just fishing and couldn't find any dynamite.
