what does the mail order supplier tell you when you call to complain that you have not received your order?

Lol.
Ive only had that problem once. The chicks were shipped and somehow got lost during transit. I called the hatchery and they resent the entire order again. The original order showed up over a week late and what a mess it was. Half were dead and the other half didnt look so good. So I mixed up some sugar and water-yep for chicks, not bees this time, and managed to pull the rest of them through. They were a sad looking lot. Understandably so.
