Fibreglass uncapping setup

Hey Everybody,

Sometime ago i saw a full fibreglass uncapping setup - similar to a kitchen sink - with bench etc. Any ideas who makes that?

Hey mate, there is a bloke in QLD who makes them exactly as u describe.  They are on ebay under Bee Hives.
I have often looked long and hard at the set up..........and still am.

There are cheaper uncapping set ups for sale through bee keeper suppliers, chat to them on the phone. You can set up something very similar with a bit of time and effort. Three tubs that stack, drill lots a holes, tedious but easy. An excluder and fine mesh for the top two tubs to strain the uncappped frames. Honey gate at the bottom of the bottom tub and then drain into a 10/20 food grade sealable bucket(fondue plastic) from local bakery with another honey gate for storage. Works very well and all wax and debri is recovered. I seen one on a beesite and made up one after looking at the prices of commercially marketed models.

Thanks Mardak, I personally have the setup you describe. I have a client who wants the works and is prepared to pay for it...
