Irwin, I seem to recall "someone" riding around on a little tricycle with beer cans strapped to their forehead way before I even purchased my camera!  grin

In fact:
I took a bike ride

Irwin, that  never gets old!  K9, French press also makes great loose leaf tea.

we used to use french presses, but there is something better...an aeropress:
http://aerobie.com/products/aeropress.htm

it is similar to a french press, but the coffee is forced through a paper filter, which removes some of the bitter oils (that are not supposed to be good for you either).

when i first got it, i had to readjust my pallet, as i thought the coffee was weak....it was STRONG, it just didn't have the familiar bitter taste that i expect from really strong coffee (similar to the first time i had good kona coffee).  with this thing, i use cafe bustelo (cheap and stores well in foil bricks...$1.50/10oz) and make very good coffee.  i turned michael bush onto this, and he bought one immediately (he is more serious about coffee than bees).

it was invented by the same guy that invented the aerobee (the ring shaped frisbee that flys forever), and it is lexan (and travels well)...we have 2 and i usually travel with one.  filters are cheap...highly recommended from a true caffeine addict.

True my friend but If you remember you said if I do the video you would get your video cam. So you are the one that started the hole thing. I may have been the first one to do a crazy video.

And what started as a trend has now become a movement!

But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

You got me there Irwin. Of course I had to man up and do my initiation video after you did yours. I never tire of seeing you riding around leering into the camera on each turn as if you are daring anyone and everyone to make their own initiation video.  grin

That's some good timeless stuff there brother!  Wink

Hmm...JP pulling the initiation video huh? Is that not a foul or infraction of some kind? Should be at least a 15 yarder for the Saints.

i have thought about getting one of those helmet cams and then riding the river canyon next summer.  problem is, most of what you would hear is me cussing my way down.  scenery is nice and since i usually close my eyes for part of it, i'd like the camera so i could see where i'd gone.  smiley

Good morning,
After my second cup it's off to work. Seems like I just left there though. I was up really late two nights ago. Then I came hoe,ate supper and showered but fell asleep watching tv. Seems I rested up just enough to go to bed.Sure makes the overnight short when sleeping through the whole thing.
But tonight I plan on staying awake to do other things. Hope it works out!
 Have a great day everyone!!!

Merry Christmas Eve Everyone! My two sons (9 and 6) are so sick with excitement that its funny. I can remember being their age and Christmas seemed as if it would never get here. But now as a parent, it's one stressful event. I call it the relative race. Hurry up and go here, stay awhile, load up the car and off to my parents, stay awhile then off to my wife's parents etc. The kids love it though and its worth it all to see their faces light up on Christmas morning.
