change it from italian to brioche, add a little bit of vanilla bean, and you might be onto something. ok, you are clearly already onto something, but still the additions would be good to try. you can also add a bit of almond extract, or brandy or other, and of course you have a slew of other things like strawberries,wild berries,nuts, whipped cream,etc...or even making stuffed...omg...I'm going on like bubba talking about shrimp....sorry.
p,s: and 'yes' my gf knows how lucky she is to have a man who cooks like i do, in case anyone was wondering, she tells me it all the time....and who also has bunches of blueberry,raspberry,strawberry,rhubarb,blackberry,fruit trees and full gardens.
