Honey powder.. how to make it?

I decided to put this request under Taboo, since it seems like no one talks about it...
Most of the time people want their honey liquid or creamed.. But my sister is revolted by liquid honeys, so she gets stuff called honey powder.. To my dismay, it got a whole bunch of crap in it other than honey.

So, how do I make 100% pure natural honey powder? I want the honey to crystallize solid, right? Seems against the trend, and I can't find anywhere how to go about this...

Dehydrate it to solid form.   Back to sugar.   http://www.dehydrate2store.com/assets/newsletters/2010-03-01.pdf  I think the other ingredients are added to keep it from clumping or turning solid.
