George’s Carolina BBQ Hash
This is the one I’ve been using for years and it is the favorite of my clan.

4 lb           Boston butt pork shoulder
3 lb           Boneless chuck roast
1/4 cup      Kosher salt                                                                                                            1/8 cup      Black pepper                                                                                                            1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Place all ingredients in a large pot, cover with water. Bring water to a boil, cover and turn it to simmer until the pork falls off the bone of the Boston butt, about 3 hours.
Once done, drain the liquid from the pot, reserving in another pot. Let the ingredients cool to the point that you can shred with your hands and combine. Continue to shred and combine until the mixture is consistent.
You can add liquid as desired to gain the consistency desired.
Hash the secret is in the sauce and ingredients so here goes:

Mustard      1 & 1/2 cups
Vinegar      1/2 cup
Splenda      1 tablespoon
Onions         4 ground
Margarine      ¼ stick                                                                                                                                   
Use the reserved liquid to cook some of the best greens you’ve ever tasted.
