allen, he was 8'3.outdoor show sounds great,but jp and schawee i don't think so, more like schawee and jp outdoors grin

The cooking show is coming folks we promise! Ask Schawee what his wife said about my alligator sauce picante!  grin

I made fried alligator tonight like I do my deer back strap. I marinate it in McCormick's meat marinade then batter in flower and italian bread crumbs.

Fry it in peanut oil.

Serve with cut corn and you know I had a sauce for dippin'.

So good you'll slap your Momma twice!

Irwin, the way I prepared and cooked the gator it tasted very similar to deer back strap. I mean just like it!
