Design of extraction shed

I am looking for a few ideas to set up a shed at my farm to extract honey within. I recall something years ago but cannot find a single drawing. I just want to see some good ideas to ultilise.

The ABCXYZ book and the hive and the honeybee books both have floor plans of differant size operations. Her in Michigan we have goverment requirements. Running hot water (if a well it has to be sampled), Large enough septic or sanitary, Sink, Concrete floor with drains, Break proof lighting and a Bathroom available
