Hello I have been interested in bees for years and finally have a rural house so I can get some. I can't wait I get my hives on Wednesday!!!!

Hello, and welcome to your new addiction!

You'll find this forum to be a good resource for learning more about bees & beekeeping. Be sure to check out the tutorials on the main Beemaster page.

I also recommend getting involved in a local club. Clubs are great places to find mentors and get connected with nearby beekeepers.

I used to brew my own I will start again when I get time. Do you know if heart of illinois beekeepers have a new web site? the links I have don't work.

Hi, I'm in East Peoria.  The HIBA website isn't very good IMHO but we are an active club.
