Sat. May 8, 2010......About 6 lb. in small dogwood tree. 12 feet off ground

i have picked up 2 nice swarms this year. I havent had near the swarm calls i usually get dont know whats up.

Very nice swarm. I'd love to have a few more of those that were that easy
Riverrat, I'm in a similar boat to you. I've gotten 4 cut out calls (landed none) and only one swarm call that I did get. I price the cut outs such that my time is worth it. I'm hoping that the season may be merely late, the no-flow Fall and nasty Winter may have killed off a few of those surviving feral hives that may have issued swarms as well.
