I can't because I am in Australia.  However, maybe set up a hive box and mail order some pheromone lure.  If there are bees in the area you might get a swarm. I think there are some companies in Aust that ship to the US, but air freight to Pakistan for a small order would be very expensive.

Are there bees in your area?

i have a bunch of FB friends who are from countries around there.  i'll put out a note and see if anyone knows.  if you want to PM me an email address, i can pass it on if anyone answers.

or...better yet, i'll PM you my facebook link and you can friend me and maybe find someone there who can help.

.....The greatest changes occur in their country without their cooperation. They are not even aware of precisely what has taken place. They suspect it; they have heard of the event by chance. More than that, they are unconcerned with the fortunes of their village, the safety of their streets, the fate of their church and its vestry. They think that such things have nothing to do with them, that they belong to a powerful stranger called “the government.” They enjoy these goods as tenants, without a sense of ownership, and never give a thought to how they might be improved.....
