It must be The British Nationat Beehive. It is 1/3 smaller than Langstroth.

Hi Finski, for some reason the image you posted is not showing, but I agree with you - I was based in the Uk until a couple of years ago. The lugs are longer though, but the brood is not generally big enough on the old nationals.

I'm an American, new to beekeeping and living in Germany. Does anyone know of good suppliers out here? Also any standard problems to be aware of around here, such as pests? One more question. I know Medieval skeps are illegal in America. I am interested in doing some historical beekeeping as well as some modern. Can we have skeps out here? Thanks for any info.
