Is it safe to use Raid Max foggers in the area you store hive bodies and frames with wax.

As in fogging your hive bodies and wax?

I would not use it near my hive bodies and for sure not the wax

Unclear what you mean by "...use<ing> fogger in the area..."  What are you trying to kill and where?  if you mean in the room/immediate area where they are stored, I wouldn't.  Any Raid that is air-borne around the equipment can settle on it.  This would be bad. Sad

Heck Yeah! Have you seen "attack of the killer tomatoes"? I'd spray them in a heart beat.  grin

Can you protect or cover the boxes? I'm not into chemicals and pesticides, but sometimes you do what you need to do. But I'd make sure nothing came in contact with the bee equipment.
