Blueberry Cream Cheese Tarts

Blueberry Cream Cheese Tarts

2 packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 nilla wafers
12 cup cake papers
1 can blueberry pie filler

Bring cream cheese to room temp.  Put the cream cheese in a large bowl mix with sugar until combined.  Add eggs in one at a time until fully Incorporated.  Add vanilla extract last and continue mixing until mixture is smooth.  Preheat oven to 350.  Line cupcake pan with liners and place a nilla wafer in the bottom of each.  Spoon in cream cheese mixture.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Pull out and allow to cool don't be alarmed when the tarts fall.  Spoon on blueberry pie filler and enjoy.  You may also like to try different pie fillers blueberry is just my favorite.
