international arms control
« on: November 16, 2009, 05:43:50 PM »

another bit of mind boggling crap to read.  this has been around for a long time.  you can look up the current draft on the UN site.  it's another one of those things written in broad terms and packaged as a way to protect children, stop illegal arms sales, etc.

what it really does it tell you what you can and can't buy, according to what they determine our "needs" are.  it specifically mentions hand guns.  who need those?
One could not learn history from architecture any more than one could learn it from books. Statues, inscriptions, memorial stones, the names of streets ? anything that might throw light upon the past had been systematically altered. (1.8.85)

Obama's claim that he supports the 2nd amendment is just political rhetoric.  He has been anti-gun since 1st elected as a Illinois state legislator.  If he can get Congress to enact the provisions of what amounts to an international treaties, he can use them to override and nullify the US Constitution.  More than gun ownership is on the guillotine here.
