Using Old Frames

Hi guys,
I checked the hives today (I got a package last week) and the package from last year is dead. It looks like they died of nosema because there is brown stuff all over. My question is, can I use frames from this hive again, or would the new hive get nosema too? Thanks,

Clean them up and reuse them. You are not going to prevent your new hive from having nosema spores. I would venture a guess that all hives have the spores, but the bees must be weaken by stress before they are affected.
