bought all the grain to brew a 5 gallon batch of Finnish Sahti. Almost all the bittering comes from juniper berries and braches. There are no commercial examples and because of shelf life it isn't exported so I will have no idea if I hit it right or not but It will be fun to brew.

I kegged, cooled and unveiled my Braggot Sat night at our annual brewing club Xmas party and it was a hit. This brew sat almost 13 months in a secondary resting. It is 16% with a balanced bitterness and is uncarbonated
