Are you looking for permacomb or honey super cell?
If permacomb, PM Understudy here on the forum, he was selling it at one point, perhaps he still has some.
If HSC,

PermaComb is hard to find. But you can buy HSC and cut it down to mediums.

PermaComb, last I heard was available a thousand at a time. A few like Understudy and Bullseye Bill have bought the thousand and were selling smaller lots. The PermaComb people came out with a new product, PermaPlus but I haven't seen it for sale anywhere yet. It is supposed to help with acceptance. Honey Super Cell is available from
www.honeysupercell.com
Never heard of PermaCell.
