PermaComb is hard to find. But you can buy HSC and cut it down to mediums.

PermaComb, last I heard was available a thousand at a time.  A few like Understudy and Bullseye Bill have bought the thousand and were selling smaller lots.  The PermaComb people came out with a new product, PermaPlus but I haven't seen it for sale anywhere yet.  It is supposed to help with acceptance.  Honey Super Cell is available from www.honeysupercell.com

Never heard of PermaCell.
