Will the workers move honey into a drawn super to give the qeen some room to lay?

Not at this time they won't. They backfill the brood chamber and place it where they will eat it and have empty comb when they will start brood rearing in a few months.

Your bees did what they needed to do,

Take off any boxes at this time. Let them pack it in down below.
