I bought my son the laptop below and he is having troubles with the side panel. The panel is a touch "screen" for the sound and dvd option. I looked at the customer reports and did not see any that had trouble with this option. Any suggestions?

Sorry! Never mind. I should have used "Google" first. I guess Im am so use to being able to ask everyone here first for help rather than the darn internet. I guess that is what happens when you get better advise from you guys than the internet. Problem was fixed by taking out the battery and putting it back in  shocked

anything
