Anniversary time today.  We have made it to 29 years and happy.

We celebrated yesterday by going to Costco (Ha! Ha!) But hubby did buy me an unbelievable gift that all you beeks would appreciate.

A diamond bee pendant.  I will have to get a photo and post it.

Take care

That's funny. When I showed the women I work with the pendant, one women winked at me and said "Did you have to do anything special to get that"  evil I said yes, "I had to put up with him for all those years" grin grin grin

My parents made it to 41 years.  My mother had MANY medical problems for most of their time together.  My father stayed with her and took care of her up to and including her final days.  In today's world it is hard to find people who stay together for long periods of time.  At the first sign of trouble, they skip out, file for divorce, and go their own ways.  It is so refreshing to see a couple in it for the long haul.

I feel the same way and feel so blessed we adapted to each other and can live in peace. Your father sounds like a very special person and you must have had a very nice upbringing with loving parents. It shows in the way you express yourself.

New truck?  Who wants a new truck.  Hold out for a good horse.  Requires no gas, and you can eat it if it breaks down.  The original dual purpose transportation.

Actually the tires were her idea. Seems that around here you're judged more by your truck than your house (even though in many cases they both have wheels.) Wink

I'll try to keep the new tires clean for a week or so (least I can do) so she can walk around feeling like a queen for a while.
