....it gets windy around these parts?
Just almost lost the top of the storage shed. Had to chain it down. Notice all the wind break we have around here. Sure helps when we have those 60 mph winds.

OH! The pallets? That's for when it rains.

I saw all the bad weather the central states were having over the last 24 hours - wow. I guess anything that can blow away WILL blow away if not tied down. That does stink.
About 40 minutes from here is the town of New Hope, PA and the Jersey side town of LAmbertville. They are both again under water, the third time in 2 years.
The bridge that connects NJ to PA (across the Deleware River) is over 20 feet above the water - that bridge is all steel beams and catwalk like treads, looks like a lego block bridge and it has had water just 2 feet below it - an 18 foot raise in water level, which has left the two towns under as much as 4 foot of water.
We visit New Hope a few time every year, very artsy town with good eateries. What a shame they are having.

Our packages, being sent up here to the northeast, are being delayed a week by all the rainy, windy, stormy weather sweeping up the east coast from Florida!
Aparently, the trucks can't get in to where the hives are to make up the packages!

Sounds like a lousy place for a work shop but a great place for wind mills for electric.
