reading the HR health care bill

i was going to read this and pick the pages that i thought were most important.  as i go through it, it appears that you need to read all starting with page 16.  earlier pages are summary and not so important.

please take time to see what they are going to do to us.  i suspect you will be surprised, and probably angry....
