Was not sure if anyone could help on my tv.so this is what happens when I turn on the tv a screen comes on and says no softwear found so I called philips co.and they sent me a soft wear download to upgrade my tv on a memery stik did it and it still says no softwear found the only way I can turn off my tv is to unplug it then when pluged back in it shows nothing but the no soft wear found. any help would be great.
