I have everything just about ready, just need to get the frame of eggs out of the existing hive.

I find it easiest to get things set up and the cone in place early in the morning before they start flying.

I'm with robo on this for sure. I like to get going early in the morning on most everything, make it easier on me in the hot weather. But the bees don't care, just when ever you show up they are ready to play.
