Wow Kathy. I've been reading bits and pieces about major monetary problems in NY, but I had no idea things had degenerated to this. I'm starting to think an overwhelming mass insanity has started in NY and is about to spread across the country. This is truly disheartening to read. :shock:

I have personally been noticing a distinct ramping up in the level of incivility in DC, and it looks like this may be a terrible trend.
